During our recent move we needed to pack our house in a very short period of time. Fortunately we found Pilar, who did an outstanding job of getting us organized, helping us to pack our belongings and also helping us to unpack and organize our new, but much smaller space. She has an ability to organize, a strong work ethic and her fees are reasonable. We will definitely employ her again as the need arises.
We would not have been ready for the moving company without her professional assistance.

It is my pleasure to write a testimonial on behalf of Pilar and her company Box It Up. We have spent the past 3 months going through our basement of boxes. I really did not think it was possible to do it as was such a daunting task. We had boxes from our previous home, office, and parents home. We moved into our house 4 years ago and the basement was like a no man's land. I hated going down there as it was a constant reminder of an overwhelming job that needed to be done.

We just didn't even know where to begin until Pilar went down to look at our basement. She got so excited about getting to work on it, we had no choice but to sign on with her. I'm happy to report that as of yesterday, we have gone through the last box and are now getting ready for an estate sale.

Not only have we accomplished our goal of getting through each and every last box (probably 200 of them) but have gotten to know Pilar in the process. She is a young woman of remarkable energy, integrity, honesty, substance and additionally, she has an incredible work ethic. We could not have done it without Pilar and recommend her highly if you are just stuck and needing to organize any part of your home in any which way.

Pilar is first of all a delight to be around.  She has an upbeat attitude, is down to earth, and can probably get along with just about anyone.  From a work standpoint, oh my, she can really work hard!  She is efficient, works steadily, and always keeps her eye on the ball so things get done!  She is also honest, trustworthy and careful, and she always asks questions to make sure she is doing things right.  You will see that Pilar is a smart young woman and definitely can figure things out.  I am a bit of a perfectionist and often want things “done my way”, but it didn’t take long to realize that Pilar knows what she is doing.  What a joy to be able to say, “Pilar, you figure it out" or "however you think it should be done is fine”.  I know that with Pilar, whatever project, job or situation, she will put in her all and you will be happy with the results!

I want Pilar with Box It Up at every one of my moves. She had a tough mission with my household goods with two military moves around the world in six months and no pre-purging. She actually made the tasks fun and celebratory. She fits right in and becomes part of the family. Love her AND the outcome of the most organized home I have ever lived in!
